• have an account but no time to play it anymore and because they don't want to delete it, they prefer to give it away to another player.
• want to have an account but don't want to start from scratch. So they are looking for a "used" account.
• have an account on one server, but would rather play on another server or switch to another race.

These players can then exchange their account with other players.
