• A guild must consist of at least 5 members
• Additionally, guilds can only directly attack guilds that have +/- 70% as many members as the attacking guild; if this is not true, the attacking guild must agree to the war.
• Guilds must exist for at least 2 weeks to declare war themselves
• Per 10 guild members 1,000.00 gold must be raised for a declaration of war.
