Here you can find a small overview, what has to be in which ticket to the support.

In general you should contact the support for the following things:
* Violations of [[Special:MyLanguage/Spielregeln|Game Rules]]
* Suspicion of cheating [[Special:MyLanguage/Farming|Farming]]/[[Special:MyLanguage/Bugusing|Bugusing]]
* Unsuitable player names, profile descriptions, weapons, guild names
* Deletion of a [[Special:MyLanguage/0-Mann-Gilden|0-Man Guild]]
* Guild without rights [[Special:MyLanguage/Gildenrechte los|Guild rights loose]]

* [[Special:MyLanguage/Sitting|Sitting]] Reports
* [[Special:MyLanguage/2 Personen eine Verbindung|When 2 (or more) people play on the same server via a PC]]

Basically <i>always</i> the following should be present in the ticket:

* The name of your own account
* Name of [[Special:MyLanguage/MoonID|/MoonID]] / UserID Own e-mail address in the account (if your account is not connected to the MoonID portal)
* The own [[Special:MyLanguage/User ID|User ID]]
* The server
* Does the account have premium? If so, how long?
* Problem description: What was the last thing done before the problem occurred?
* Category in the ticket: Match/Payment (Payment if there were/are problems with payments)

* The suspicion of what he's contravening
* A reason. (Don't just throw accusations around)
