It can happen that a couple plays KF or several family members. Usually these players then play via the same connection. This inevitably leads to the fact that they have the same IP address. If the players play on different servers, this is no problem. However, if they have a knight on the same server, the suspicion of multiaccounts may arise under certain circumstances.
Problem solving
To avoid this, there should be a Administrator notified via Ticket in any case if several players play on one server via one connection.
In this mail /message should be:
- The own account name
- The server
- The ID (number combination on the advertising link) / MoonID
- The e-mail address you entered in the account,
- The name of the account running on the same PC/IP
- The server
- The ID / MoonID
- The email address of the account
